Andy Wolfe is a co-Founder of Arcadia Consulting and advises clients at Board, ExCo and senior levels to improve their communication, professional presence, alignment and overall leadership effectiveness.
As a dynamic leader with expertise in developing and inspiring performance, his enthusiasm and dedication instils a strong passionate foundation with colleagues and clients. Andy specialises in strategic consulting, leadership development, stakeholder management, 1:1 coaching for senior level executives and high performing team alignment.
He spent his early career with British Gas, followed by the Calor Group then moved to Paris to join Groupe Suez (formerly Lyonnaise des Eaux) where he led the company’s specialist technology subsidiary internationally for 6 years.
Andy was then Pro Vice-Chancellor of Thames Valley University – London. He developed the pioneering Open and Distance Learning business called the Open Learning Company.
In 2002, Andy joined Si Group as CEO leading it into the merger with Rogen in 2006, forming rogenSI, where he remained as a managing partner until 2010 before co-founding Arcadia Consulting. He is a Liveryman of The City of London.
