Bestselling Author of Double Crossed
The word resilience comes from the word ‘reh-sile’ meaning to ‘spring back’ or the ability of a substance or object to spring back into shape.
For most of us it means to be able to cope, absorb pressure and to be able to bounce back. Resilience is learned and can be taught. In this episode Deborah Price is joined by former front line soldier and Sunday Times bestselling author of Double Crossed, Brian Wood, to share his experience from the battlefield and how his lessons can be applied to individuals and work teams.
