Senior Consultant

David Watling is a Learning & Development consultant with 15 years of experience leading engagements in nearly 50 countries across EMEA, and APAC. He works with clients through the consulting & diagnostic conversations, to design and deliver world class learning experiences.

He studied Negotiation Dynamics at the Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires and Neuroleadership at the NLI. He is an accredited Master NLP Practitioner and Coach with NFNLP (US), and certified with: Zenger Folkman’s “Extraordinary Leader” and ”Extraordinary Performer” 360 feedback assessments, i4 Neuroleadership assessment the Fortius Mindset™ profiling tool.
