As Executive Client Director, Vincent helps grow Arcadia’s business across Singapore and South East Asia. His role is to engage with clients to deliver inspiring and engaging development programs and build outstanding performance across their businesses.
As well as working in recruitment, Vincent worked for Prudential in Hong Kong and the UK for nine years as an in-house learning and development professional. There, he pioneered establishing the “PruUniversity,” designing various courses, including leadership development, customer service, PruUniversity, and presentation skills.
