Over 20 years’ experience in performance improvement and cultural and behavioral change initiatives. Utilize Neuroscience, Anthropology, and Psychology to increase the likelihood of success. Studied Politics and Economics at Durham University, Change at Stern Business School, is a certified Prosci change manager, is a certified PCCA Coach, as well as having attended and delivered programs on strengths-based leadership, emotional intelligence, NLP, Tetramap, communication, and many more.
