Nick Aylwin-Foster

Nick is a senior consultant with Arcadia, working with clients across Hong Kong and wider Asia-Pacific on developing leadership, mindset and communication solutions. His particular area of expertise lies within Financial Services, including investment/corporate banking, wealth and investment management and private capital.

Before joining Arcadia, Nick spent 15 years in executive search (13 of those in Asia), hiring and coaching c-suite and senior leaders for various North American, European and Asian entities. Operating at this level has given him an excellent perspective on the mix of technical and soft skills that produces good leadership and results in improved business outcomes.

Laura Scott is a Senior Consultant of Arcadia, based in Malaysia. She has 18+ years of experience in Global Communications, Executive Coaching and Learning and Development at Google. She has worked across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific, giving her a deep understanding and appreciation for cross-cultural communication and management. She is an ICF and Co Active certified executive coach and a public speaking and executive presence trainer skilled at making the complex simple – whether facilitating team development workshops, solving management challenges or helping high performing individuals to overcome mental obstacles.

A strategic business visionary with robust knowledge of designing and executing expert level leadership and soft skills training with 20+ years of experience in sales, financial, manufacturing & recruitment industries. Progressing within the area of training and development, he has acquired a unique set of skills and confidence to ‘push’ personnel to work beyond the extra mile and engage in the work through growth mindset training and leadership coaching.

Jimmy has an outstanding set of experiences ranging from negotiation and selling skills to performance metrics and change management that has helped him refine his attitude towards design thinking, re-structuring, initiating training and leadership change management curriculums which earned his reputation as a master facilitator across the Asia Pacific region.
Valentin Chernikov

Valentin is a leadership development professional with experience spanning management research, executive education, and executive coaching. He has spent over a decade working with leading business schools, including INSEAD and Aalto University Executive Education, supporting leading organizations in enhancing their leadership capabilities.

He was trained as a researcher, having spent three years in graduate school pursuing a PhD in Marketing (ABD), before transitioning into industry where he partners with senior leaders and HR teams to design and deliver leadership and management development programs aligned with organizational strategy. His work focuses on shaping coherent learning journeys that drive impact at the individual and organizational level.
