Most leaders invest heavily in strategy, but far fewer invest in how they communicate it. In fact, McKinsey research shows 70% of transformations fail, with poor communication behind six of leaders’ top ten regrets.¹
In an era where attention is scarce and trust is earned, storytelling has become a defining leadership capability. A leader’s influence comes from their ability to craft narratives that align teams, shape culture, and inspire action.
