The Value of Diversity in STEMM Roles

Diversity of race, ethnicity, gender, and background is minimal within STEMM industries. In fact, our research shows that ‘values diversity’ is one of the lowest-rated leadership competencies amongst male STEMM leaders, yet one of the highest-rated for women in STEMM.
